42nd Street is the Broadway song and dance musical extravaganza, featuring the iconic songs ‘We’re In The Money’, ‘Lullaby Of Broadway’ and ‘Dames’.
Young Peggy Sawyer is fresh off the bus from small-town America and just another face in the chorus line of ‘Pretty Lady’, the new Broadway show to be directed by the legendary Julian Marsh. But when the show’s leading lady, and resident diva, Dorothy Brock is injured, Peggy’s dreams of stardom might just come true.
With the show’s largest ever staging, and a 60-strong cast, this is a musical like no other.
The production stars Emmerdale’s Tom Lister (Julian Marsh), Philip Bertioli (Billy Lawlor), Clare
Halse (Peggy Sawyer), and star of theatre, film and television Bonnie Langford (Dorothy Brock).
It was filmed live at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane in November 2018 with 8 cameras at three separate performances to capture the spectacular scale of the stage show.
